TOY FAIR 2026 Brings Massive Updates From Your Favorite Toy Lines

Written By: Sam Santiago

The 2026 Toy Fair took over New York City this past weekend, delivering a tidal wave of announcements that should have horror collectors clearing shelf space immediately. Major players, including McFarlane Toys, NECA, and Trick Or Treat Studios unveiled an impressive lineup of upcoming releases, proving once again that the horror market is anything but niche.

Fan favorite franchises were front and center, with new collectibles inspired by "Gremlins", "Leprechaun", "Jaws", and even modern cult sensations like "Terrifier" getting the spotlight treatment. From highly detailed sixth-scale figures to retro-styled throwbacks and deluxe collector sets, the reveals ranged from nostalgic to downright nightmarish.

We have rounded up the biggest updates you need to know because if these announcements are any indication, horror fans are about to have very busy shopping carts and significantly lighter bank accounts in the months ahead.

First and foremost, the main players for Toy Fair as far as horror goes are, of course, Trick Or Treat Studios and they didn't disappoint with a huge showing of new items.

Trick or Treat Studios is going big and green this year with a towering 30-inch Ultimate Leprechaun Doll, set to launch on Kickstarter on St. Patrick’s Day in March. The oversized collectible pays tribute to the mischievous slasher made famous by Warwick Davis, complete with a carefully sculpted likeness and film faithful detailing on the head and hands. The outfit features layered fabrics and tailored pieces designed to mirror the character’s on-screen look.

The studio did not stop there at Toy Fair 2026. Attendees were treated to previews of new figures inspired by Hellraiser, Creepshow, Terrifier 3, Goosebumps, and Halloween, showing that the company continues to mine both classic and modern horror for collector gold.

They also unveiled the next entry in their compact Micro Maniacs line, a series that channels the charm of classic pocket-sized playsets. The first set, based on John Carpenter’s Halloween, had already been teased, and now fans can look forward to a Killer Klowns from Outer Space-themed micro playset joining the lineup.

Playmates also came correct with a ton of stuff related to Godzilla and the "Monsterverse". Our friends over at Toyark were there as usual and took some amazing photos.

McFarlane Toys also had a few items for "FALLOUT" displayed, and you can check those out below.

Mondo was also in attendance and displayed their upcoming MOTU 2000 figures. We really liked the look of these and with the new film on the way, everything MOTU is going to blow up in sales so jump on these when they drop. Shown were both 1/12th and 1/6th scale figures and we have the say the 1/6th scale is impressive in price and stature.
The 1/12th scale figures aren't anything to snub either as these come fully articulated and look amazing from these images.
As far as our friends over at NECA are concerned, they brought their A-Game as usual to this years Toy Fair and we aren't going to try and cover everything but if you click on the image below, you can see everything they released thanks to our friends over at Toyark. New figures for Friday The 13th, Halloween, Terrifier, and Welcome To Derry were front and center at the booth.
There are tons more images over at ToyArk.com, and they have an amazing rundown of all major companies that were in attendance as well. We are planning on attending Toy Fair in the near future so be on the look out for that.
