The time for suffering is at hand!
If there is one thing the Cenobites have taught us over the years, it's that pleasure and pain often walk hand in hand. With that in mind, maybe the agonizing wait for Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival was all part of the experience.
Today, Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games officially announced that Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival will arrive on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on October 8, 2026. Just in time to add the game to your horror marathon during the Halloween season.
Alongside the announcement comes a brutal new trailer that offers a glimpse at the horrific fate awaiting those unfortunate souls deemed unworthy by Hell's most infamous residents.

Of course the trailer above is age restricted, we're talking Hellraiser here folks, not Five Nights At Freddy's.
THE SUFFERING WILL BE LEGENDARY
For fans of the franchise, this has been one of the most anticipated horror games currently in development. Ever since its reveal, we've been eager to see how the twisted mythology of Hellraiser would translate into an interactive experience. From what we've seen so far, the developers appear committed to delivering a journey drenched in suffering, temptation, and the kind of grotesque imagery that made Clive Barker's creation a horror icon.
Perhaps the biggest draw for longtime fans is the return of Doug Bradley as Pinhead. For many, Bradley is the definitive face of the franchise, and hearing that chilling voice once again feels like a gift straight from the Labyrinth itself. Without him, the game would have been ridiculed to the GameStop trade in bins for sure.
FROM THE PRESS RELEASE:
Hellraiser: Revival introduces an all new story set within Barker's nightmarish universe. Players will descend into the darkest corners of Hell in a desperate attempt to rescue a loved one from the clutches of the Cenobites. Along the way, they'll battle twisted cultists, monstrous abominations, and countless infernal horrors while wielding the power of the mysterious Genesis Configuration.
Unlike the traditional puzzle boxes fans know from the films, the Genesis Configuration grants players supernatural abilities, including telekinesis, pyrokinesis, and the iconic Hell Chains. These powers can be used both in combat and to manipulate the environment as players navigate the ever-changing corridors of the Labyrinth.
The game's official description promises an unholy struggle for survival against Hell's armies while attempting to stop Pinhead's latest ritual before it unleashes unimaginable torment upon the world. Considering the source material, we're expecting plenty of flesh tearing brutality, disturbing imagery, and more than a few moments that will make horror fans grin from ear to ear.

Players will have two editions to choose from at launch. The Standard Edition will retail for $39.99, while a Deluxe Edition priced at $49.99 is also on the way. Details regarding the Deluxe Edition's contents remain under wraps for now, but will be revealed closer to release.
Those who pre order any edition will receive the exclusive Labyrinth Pistol Skin and Martyr Sawblade Skin as launch bonuses. Hardcore collectors can also reserve one of two premium Collector's Editions through the official Hellraiser: Revival website. These editions include exclusive licensed collectibles and unlock all Deluxe Edition and pre order content.
As lifelong followers of Barker's twisted mythology, we've been waiting for this one with equal parts excitement and dread. If the developers can capture even a fraction of the terror, temptation, and beautiful suffering that made Hellraiser a genre classic, horror gamers could be in for something truly special this fall.
The box is waiting.
The question is whether you're willing to open it when Hellraiser: Revival arrives October 8, 2026.
