Back in 2021, Asmus Toys unleashed their first Evil Dead II Ash Williams sixth-scale figure, and horror collectors lost their primitive screwhead minds. Fast forward to now, and Ash is crawling back out of the cellar. Asmus has announced a re-release of the fan favorite figure, rebuilt with updated head sculpts, expanded accessories, and two purchase options that cater to both casual collectors and full-blown Deadite slayers. Get ready to get groovy, people!
The figure represents Ash at the moment he finally decides to stop screaming and start fighting. That means torn blue shirt, battered work pants, and the kind of thousand-yard stare only Kandarian possession can provide. The updated release includes two new interchangeable head sculpts with movable eyes, multiple hands, including a possessed variant, and all the tools you would expect from a man who solves problems with power tools and bad decisions.
Asmus describes the figure as follows:
“The Evil Dead II Ash Williams Sixth Scale Figure features authentic and detailed fully realistic likeness from the feature film Evil Dead II directed by Sam Raimi in 1987. From the scene when Ash has decided to stand up to fight against the evil and retrieve the book.”
Standard edition buyers get a generous loadout - Ash comes armed with a boomstick, axe, Kandarian dagger, chainsaw with a metal blade that magnetically attaches at the wrist, the Necronomicon, and even a severed Deadite Henrietta head.

There is also a display stand and a full set of interchangeable hands, including a wrapped wounded right hand and the possessed variant that fans know all too well.
For collectors who believe moderation is for S Mart employees, the Luxury Edition takes things much further. This version adds a full cabinet-style diorama with an operable basement door, a working bench vise, a severed Deadite Linda head, and a Henrietta figure designed to interact with the display. It is less an action figure upgrade and more a miniature recreation of Ash’s worst weekend.
Both versions use the Asmus ADAM plus body, stand roughly twelve inches tall, and feature over 32 points of articulation. Pre-orders are live now directly through Asmus Toys. The standard release is priced at $245 with an estimated ship date of April 2026. The Luxury Edition comes in at $350 and is expected to ship slightly earlier in March 2026. These ain't your average figures so we highly recommend you get on this Ash train as soon as possible.
If you missed Ash the first time or simply want more decapitated Deadites on your shelf, this re-release makes a strong case for double-dipping. Just remember. Shop smart. Shop Asmus.
