Listen up, Creepers! DreadXP, in collaboration with AMC and Shudder, is giving us what our dark little hearts have always wanted, but never knew to ask for. They’re dragging us inside the twisted stories of "CREEPSHOW" with the first official video game!
For horror fans, Creepshow is sacred ground. The anthology franchise first crawled onto movie screens in the 1980s, and a joint effort by Stephen King and George A. Romero before clawing its way onto television through Shudder’s revival series, executive produced by Greg Nicotero, which ran for four seasons and became one of the streaming service’s standout horror originals keeping us scared in just the right ways as we expected.

Official Synopsis: Follow Danny and his friends as a bad day at the mall spirals into something much darker. Their search for the truth behind Danny’s father leads them to The Reader, a mysterious fortune-teller with a taste for treacherous tales.
Inspired by the hit Shudder series, Creepshow: The Game will follow the same anthology format that made the franchise legendary. Expect a blend of psychological horror, pitch-black humor, and comic book-style dread. This sounds less like a simple adaptation and more like a playable issue pulled straight from the Creeper’s moldy filing cabinet.
The game is being developed by PHL under the creative direction of Brian Clarke, the mastermind behind The Mortuary Assistant. If that game made you nervous about every shadow in a funeral home, imagine what Clarke can do with a full anthology of cursed stories and grinning monsters.

There’s no confirmed release date yet, but DreadXP says one is coming soon. Creepshow: The Game is currently slated for PC via Steam.
We at Truly Disturbing are keeping a close eye on this creeper and will update you as soon as more details crawl out of the dark.
