German thrash metal icons Kreator are unleashing their sixteenth studio album, Krushers of the World, on January 16, 2026 via Nuclear Blast Records.
The band’s leader, vocalist and rhythm guitarist Mille Petrozza, along with lead guitarist Sami Yli-Sirniö, bassist Frédéric Leclercq, and drummer Ventor, have crafted a ferocious record that stands as a testament to more than four decades of thrash dominance. "Krushers of the World" was recorded in 2025 with acclaimed producer Jens Bogren at Fascination Street Studios, the same producer behind their acclaimed albums "Phantom Antichrist" (2012) and "Gods of Violence" (2017).
The new music video for the single “Satanic Anarchy” pays homage to Clive Barker’s "Hellraiser" (1987), channeling the film’s iconic Lament Configuration puzzle box, Cenobites, chains, hooks, and visceral body horror imagery throughout its three-and-a-half-minute runtime. This visual tribute builds on the band’s ongoing connection to horror cinema, following their previous Suspiria-inspired single “Tränenpalast.”

The music itself is a perfect soundtrack to the horrors that follow. A pounding double bass groove sinks its hooks into you and refuses to let go, while a shredding riff tears your soul apart. An anthemic chorus fills the space more than Butterball ever could. "Hellraiser" references aside, this is definitely a release we are looking forward to here at Truly Disturbing.

Pre-orders for the album — available in formats ranging from standard CD to deluxe box sets with exclusive art, bonus live material, and collectibles — are currently available through the Nuclear Blast webstore.
To support the release, Kreator will embark on an extensive 2026 tour. The Krushers of the World Tour kicks off in Europe on March 20, 2026, with co-headliners Carcass, Exodus, and Nails, hitting major cities across the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and beyond. Following that European run, the band will bring the assault to North America in May, with dates including Welcome to Rockville, Sonic Temple, and Maryland Deathfest alongside Carcass and openers Cold Steel.
