Comics: Image Comics ALEX + ADA Issues #2 #3 #4 Sell Out

What happens if one day you wake up and find you’ve fallen in love with a robot? Image Comics new series ALEX + ADA by Jonathan Luna will answer just that. The news today is that issues #2, #3, and #4 have completely sold out at a distributor level. This isn’t unusual for a first issue of a new series by Image, publishers of THE WALKING DEAD, but a bit outstanding for the successive chapters. It may be possible to still find them on brick and mortar store shelves with their original covers. Image will take them to second printings with a release date of April 2nd. Issue #5 of ALEX + ADA is set to debut on March 26th.

From The Release:

Jonathan Luna’s (GIRLS, THE SWORD, ULTRA) and Sarah Vaughn’s (Sparkshooter) ALEX + ADA is going back to press for issues #2, #3, and #4. For those just discovering ALEX + ADA, it is easy to jump in from the beginning of the series, as the second printing of issue #1 is still in stock and available to order. Fans of the movie Her will be immediately drawn to this haunting and visceral science fiction story that explores what makes us human—and worthy of love.

The last thing in the world Alex wanted was an X5, the latest in realistic androids. But when Ada is dropped into his life, his feelings begin to change.

ALEX + ADA #2, #3, and #4 have completely sold out at the distributor level, but may still be available in comic stores. They are currently available digitally on the Image Comics website and the official Image Comics iOS app, as well as on Comixology on the web, iOS, Android, and Google Play.
