Stevie Nicks To Cast Her Spell On AHS Once Again.
Recently, singer Stevie Nicks was a guest on American Horror Story: Coven and now we have word that it wasn’t a one time deal. Also Jessica Lange discusses her ultimate departure from the series.
Exec producer Ryan Murphy confirmed via Twitter that Nicks will indeed be back for a second appearance during “AHS: Coven’s” final episodes. “Stevie Nicks is so fantastic she’s going to do TWO episodes of Coven. Love this lady! A total pro.” Sounds like someone is a but excited right?
As for Lange, she reiterated to EW that next year’s fourth season will indeed be her last. “It ends up being a lot of time during the year being committed to something,” she explained. “I haven’t done that for a long time. It’s like doing a stage play between the rehearsal and the run. This is a 6-month commitment every year. That will be four years in a row. I want to have more time to myself I guess. Once it’s over and I have a full year ahead of me with nothing to do, who knows? It might not have been the best decision. But I think four years doing something is a sufficient amount of time.”
And it sounds like “American Horror Story” co-creator Murphy is already planning to help her ease into that “me time” she craves. Lange won’t be playing the lead role in Season 4, says Murphy, “but she’ll have this great juicy part.”
“American Horror Story: Coven” returns to FX on December 4th with Episode 3.08, “The Sacred Taking.”
