SCHOOL OF FEAR being adapted into film, could possibly be directed by McG

 

McG has become attached to produce and potentially direct a feature film adaptation of Gitty Daneshvari’s School of Fear series. We have some news on the matter for you below. Dig it!

The first book published in 2009, the children’s series is officially described as follows: With very few options left, the parents of these four twelve year-olds send them to the highly elusive and exclusive School of Fear to help them overcome their phobias. But when their peculiar teacher, Mrs. Wellington, and her unconventional teaching methods turn out to be more frightening than even their fears, the foursome realize that this just may be the scariest summer of their lives.

McG is well known for his work on Charlies Angels and Terminator: Salvation.

School of Fear is  being produced by Daniel Crown, Scott Fischer, Daniela Taplin Lundberg, Riva Marker and Mary Viola.
