The Los Angeles 3D Film Festival announced Spiders 3D will be making its world premiere during thefests opening night gala on Thursday, September 20th at the Regal Cinemas LA Live Stadium 14 at 10 pm. 3D Spiders that are huge and hungry? Yeah this is our type of flick.
In anticipation for the films debut, two new stills have been released showcasing these eight legged freaks. Hey that would be a great title for a…never mind, been done before.
Synopsis:Following the crash of a derelict Soviet space station into a Manhattan subway tunnel, a new species of spider is discovered in the wreckage. When the spiders mutate to gigantic proportions, an MTA subway employee has to save his family and all of New York City from destruction.
Directed by Tibor Takacs (The Gate, I, Madman), Spiders 3D stars Patrick Muldoon, Christa Campbell, William Hope, Pete Lee Wilson, Jon Mack and Sydney Sweeney.
The film festival takes place in Los Angeles, California every September. This year it runs from September 20-22. The fest doesn’t stop with just L.A. either. There is a traveling festival they put on and some 3D “How to” events also.
