Warner Bros.shuts down their direct to DVD division

This news may not scream horror but once you read why we did this story you might just scream yourself. Check it out below.

Warner Premier was home to The Lost Boys flicks, The Hills Run Red, and the modern classic  Trick ‘R Treat. Unfortunately it is no more.

According to Deadline the studio decided to shutter Warner Premiere early this summer, and most of its employees have already been given other jobs. But it will “continue and complete production on its remaining film and digital series project into the fall,” the company says. Warner Premiere was created in 2006 but became superfluous as the direct-to-video market diminished.

So sad to see ya go.
