Early today, our very own Horrorman, stated something wasn’t quite right with the blu-ray release of Halloween 4. Now, Anchor Bay Films have responded. Read on for the updated details.
When it was announced that Halloween 4: The Return Of Michael Myers and Halloween 5: The Revenge Of Michael Myers, there were celebrations aplenty here at Truly Disturbing Headquarters. But when the discs arrived, we discovered that things we were promised weren’t delivered.
Anchor Bay sent us this: “The previous announcement regarding the August 21st release of HALLOWEEN 4 and HALLOWEEN 5 on Blu-ray™ contained information not reflective of the final product. Below are the final confirmed specs and descriptions for the HALLOWEEN 4 and HALLOWEEN 5 Blu-ray™ releases.”
So here’s the new information regarding the two blu-ray discs.
On August 21st, Anchor Bay Entertainment revamps two of the most iconic horror films to ever grace the big screen with Halloween 4 and Halloween 5.Coming to Blu-ray with all new 1080p HD transfers, lossless Dolby TrueHD 5.1 audio and over an hour of both archival and newly created bonus features, Halloween 4 and Halloween 5 both hit retail with an SRP of $24.99.Pre-book is July 25th.
