Should she die like in the comic, or should she stick around for awhile longer. Star Sarah Wayne Callies had a few words to say regarding this topic. Read on below.
At the 100th issue party for the The Walking Dead Comic actress Sarah Wayne Callies talked about the TV show based on the comic and what she thinks the fate of her character should be.
Sarah Wayne Callies, who plays Lori on the television show of the same name, told The Hollywood Reporter that she think Lori has to die in the show as well. “Frank Darabont and I actually, before he was tragically and unfairly removed from the show, we used to argue about it, I argued that it was necessary to kill Lori and I feel very strongly that for all of the other deviations we may have from the comic book, killing Lori does something to Rick that is vital for the story and can’t be done any other way,” she said.
While continuing on the subject she revealed that from the beginning when she was cast in the part that not only has she been okay with it but insisted that she HAS to. She went on to add that she has played the character with her eye at the end.
The Walking Deadstars Andrew Lincon, Sarah Wayne Callies, Chandler Riggs, Norman Reedus, Lori Holden, Melissa McBride, Lauren Cohan, Iron E Singleton, Danai Gurira, David Morrissey, and will return on October 14, 2012.
