Possible BIG spoilers revealed for season 2 of THE WALKING DEAD

Warning kids, this is just rumor as of right now but damn if it doesn’t sound juicy and accurate. Read on for what we mean below.

Someone claiming to be involved in the production has stepped forward to dish some dirt on what is to come for The Walking Dead. The show’s mid season premier is this Sunday February 12th entitled “Nebraska”.

Shane does not make it through the season, essentially Lori puts into his head that if Rick wasn’t around they would still be together. This makes Shane change AGAIN, (he had finally made peace and Lori [frick]ed him up again). Anyway he decides to kill Rick and lures him into the forest chasing after someone you will meet in “Nebraska”. Of course Rick isn’t stupid he realizes nothing is adding up and tries to give Shane a chance to abandon his plans. Believe it or not Rick loves Shane like a brother, anyway he finally calls Shane on it and Shane basically tells him how Carl and Lori will get over his death. Shane has a gun pointed at Ricks face and seconds away from shooting, when Rick starts to negotiate his way out of it, all along pulling a knife out. Long story short he lunges at Shane and buries the knife in his chest.

This actually makes sense since Jon Bernthal (Shane) was rumored to be going to Frank Darabont’s new crime drama project, L.A. Noir. Shane’s death would coincide with what happens in the comics, just not in the same manner though.

Then it also makes sense that Shane would come back as a roamer and get shot by Carl. This actually does happen in the comics too but Shane is very much alive when Carl shoots him in the on going comic series.

Remember folks this is all just rumor for now, but it does sound like it can pan out.
